For so long we have celebrated Black leadership: the one CIO, the one CEO, the one manager. Is one enough? Ilalee and Jewel are opening up the curtains to their experiences to inspire the next leaders. These two powerful women work in innovative and tech spaces and do what they do because of the experiences they have had as Black women in tech. Ilalee and Jewel are busting down doors and bringing the Black community with them. Join Ilalee and Jewel to discuss being on the fore-front of DEI and figuring out how to pull everyone into the movement.
